Networking - On-Site Support

On-site support
We provide the most certified and experienced technicians and engineers available to help keep your computer systems up and running at their optimal speed. We perform computer, network and cabling repair and installation onsite. Our onsite rate is $65 per hour and $35 per hour travel outside of a 50-mile radius from Idaho Falls. We currently have several Netware, and Microsoft Systems Engineers, as well as Cisco and Sun Microsystems certified personnel. Our certifications include: MCNE's (Master Certified Netware Engineer), CNE's, CNA's (Certified Netware Administrator), MCSE's (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCP's (Microsoft Certified Professional), CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Associate), and CCDA (Certified Cisco Design Associate).

Networking
We have one of the most qualified and certified support teams in the state, with over 80 years of combined experience. Our company is also the largest ISP (Internet Service Provider) in the region. This means we have the staff to help your business setup WANs (Wide Area Networks) as well as LANs (Local Area Networks). You can count on us to help you with whatever your networking needs may be, from new construction to existing networks - we can setup your business' network to facilitate your current and future needs. Networking for us does not only mean administration of existing systems, we do everything from pulling the cables to setting up your file server. Our networking team offers a wide variety of technical assistance, for example: Fiber optic cabling, Ethernet cabling (CAT. 5, and Coax), Wireless Ethernet (to connect separate offices or for high speed Internet connections), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), file server setup and maintenance, network software installation and configuration and much more.

Software
Our support team can help you with your software problems and needs. We receive a lot of exposure to a wide variety of software packages, so chances are we've worked on the software that your company uses. You are also able to use us to interface with your products technical support team - at times it may be quicker to resolve a problem if you have someone on your end that speaks the same language as the software technical support people. At Microserv we also sell all types of software packages, if you have a need for a specific type of software or a commonly used product, Microserv can get that for you.

Hardware
Our Systems Engineers have been well trained on troubleshooting your systems hardware problems. In today's computer industry we stay current on new technologies and troubleshooting methods so that we may better serve you and your company. We stay well trained and have certified people on staff so you don't have to.
