Sean went above and beyond to set up my internet. He talked with the supervisor of my apartment to find where he could set up the hardware and even went through the crawl space so we didn't have cables running all through the apartment. Installer asked for my clearance on all decisions such as where the dish would be attached to the house and where wires would come in, explained that there would be a hole and made sure I understood completely the installation. Mr Moore is an asset to Microserv. The quality of the installation is clean. Mr Moore performed a comparative test, at my request, of my current service and Microserve and gave informative information regarding turbo vs. a higher speed as it relates to my needs. Levi was very friendly, one reason we've like Mircroserv in the past is BECAUSE of the friendly service, as opposed to Century Link, where they treat customers like criminals. We had Microserv in the past then we moved and could not get service four years ago. Now they have more towers up so we are back. Thanks!

We had centurylink, and they were absouletly horrible. They told us three days, then four, then 5 and they really never did get to the point where they turned on the internet. We called yesterday and got someone here this morning... service is soooo much faster, with the options of faster speeds. I am SOOOO impressed, soooo relieved, that Microserv can be our internet provider... thank you soooo much!!! And... Nick was soooo nice, speedly and friendly!!

From start to finish Dustin knew exactly what he was doing and inspired confidence in myself and my girlfriend. He was fast, thorough, and efficient and even when he encountered an issue with my computer not wanting to connect properly he laughed it off and plowed right through it with no problem whatsoever and easily corrected the difficulty. If I ever need on-site tech support I hope that Dustin is the one that you send. Give that man a raise because he totally deserves it! P.S. He wasn't just "on time", he was half an hour early. You can't ask for more than that. Thanks for the the great service Dustin.

The lady at the desk laughed frequently, it was kind of cool, also the tech was training someone else and he was good about covering his bases for the guy he was with, and quite affable. Yeah, he seems like a really nice guy. Additionally he didn't give me any flack over my use of dvorak instead of qwerty and was patient while I set it to qwerty for him. He also called ahead to tell me when he was going to show up when he left his workplace, quite professional, props to him.
