- Summer 2008 - work is progressing on the extension from Herrmann yard Loco facility along the west wall.
- Spring 2008 - plans are being made to put a lift out across the doorway and build a wye in the corner to represent Victor. The old Victor site will be turned into a stock loading facility (think Island Park).

- 4/26/07 Work has been progressing nicely on the improvements to the Silverbow yard. Supports are in place and scenery is begining to take shape. The new Victor extension is being laid out with consideration given to extending the Ashton yard tracks in the process. Also the South end of the layout has been rotated to accomodate a turning "Y" and jump off place for a new portable layout.
- 03/01/07 We had a succesful operating session this past Saturday.
- 08/18/05 Also painting of backdrops and facia boards is beginning.
- 08/11/05 Backdrops are being installed for areas between Roberts & Armstead with the Gilmore & Pittsburg branch going into the gap made by the new divider.
- The short between Cab 1 and the Lima local cab has finally been found! Ask Dave about the proper usage and modification (to 7 positions) of a 2 pole 6 position rotary switch. Oops!!
- Silverbow yard tracks are now operational with a local cab installed to facilitate train handling at that location.
- Track in Dillon has been extended to make for beter operational use.
- The backdrop between Silver Bow and Dillon is coming along with the idea to use spline technology at the top working out well. We should be able to remove most all of the screws and get a smoother background to work with.
- Backdrops are being worked on and mountians are being built around the base of the Gilmore/Salmon area.
- The next penensiula is constructed and trackwork is now laid into Silverbow!
