

The Eagle Rock Railroad Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit (501(c)3) group located in Idaho Falls, ID.
Eagle Rock is the original name of the Idaho Falls townsite.
We are dedicated to preserving the history of railroading in Southeast Idaho and the surrounding areas through the use of model railroading and historical displays.
THE LOCATION OF OUR MEETING PLACE AND OPERATIONS ARE IN THE BASEMENT OF THE IDAHO FALLS RECREATION CENTER AT 520 MEMORIAL -- JUST EAST OF THE FALLS TWO BLOCKS NORTH OF THE BROADWAY BRIDGE

Started by the Union Pacific Railroad in Idaho in 1972, Operation Lifesaver Inc. is a nationwide, non-profit public information program dedicated to eliminating collisions, injuries and fatalities at the nation's 300,000 public and private highway-rail grade crossings and on railroad rights-of-way.
