Location: 1.5 miles southwest of Lava Hot Springs, a small town with various hot springs facilities. The airpark sits on a mesa, 200 feet above the valley floor and surrounded by mountains.

Recreation: Hot springs, golf, Pebble Creek Ski Hill, hiking, horseback riding, snow-mobiling, hunting, and fishing. "Tubing" on the Portneuf River through town is popular in summer.
