When ordering puzzles, you can select whether you want your puzzle created from a light, dark, or medium species of wood. While you may request a specific species, The Puzzlesmith cannot guarantee that that species is currently available. For a partial listing of species, click Species.

Urban Forest Woodworks is a rescuer of urban forest hardwoods. When panels are ordered from them, they can only commit to ship a selection of panels based on the light, dark, and medium categories. Were they to fulfill orders for specific species of hardwoods, they would quickly become predators of the urban forest. This, they will not do.

You may order your puzzle in one of two ways:

1. You may e-mail your order. Be sure to include all shipping information and a telephone number. While your puzzle will not be started until payment is received, this method will let you know what species of woods are available, should you have a specific request, and will reserve the next numbered puzzle of that series. Please be sure to send payment in a timely manner. If payment is not received within 10 business days, it will be assumed that you have reconsidered your purchase and your reserved numbered puzzle will be released.

2. You may send in your order and payment via mail. Be sure to include all shipping information and a telephone number. Your order, with the puzzle number and species of wood, will be confirmed by phone, or e-mail.

Shipping and handling (3-day UPS or Federal Express in the United States) is included in your purchase price. Please contact me for shipping charges outside the US or for special shipping requests.

Idaho residents will need to add 5% ID sales tax to their order.
