Controls
- Planning/Scheduling – GTI provides support in the planning process
utilized for the River Protection Program (RPP) to develop and maintain
life-cycle cost and schedule baseline data and associated program/project
plans, and provides support to the integration of resource and cost data
into the schedules, program/project plans, and multi-year work plans (MYWP).
GTI also assist in the preparation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), logic
diagrams, TBR packages, and necessary coding structures and the preparation
and development of RPP schedules using Primavera (P3) software.
- Estimating – GTI provides resources to support the development and
maintenance of RPP Life-Cycle and multi-year program estimates needed to
establish the MYWP and Project Baseline Summary (PBS) baselines (i.e.,
development and maintenance of Cost Estimating Input Sheets (CEIS),
resource loading of P3 schedules, and pricing and validation).
- Risk Analysis – GTI provides estimating interface and support to the
RPP Risk Analysis/Assessment process, which includes the preparation of
risk data sheets (utilizing the TBR Package and P3 schedule data). This
will include inputting and reviewing RPP Financial Risk Analyses.
- Life-Cycle Baseline Planning – GTI provides support for revisions of
the life-cycle baseline plan and integration and estimating support to the
Tank Waste Operations (TW-03). Specifically, this includes integration of
programmatic estimates with other RPP projects, creation of project-level
baseline estimates and resources, evaluation of project scope and resource
alignment and grooming of baseline documents, and interfacing with project
team members and CHG management.
