It is a quit-claim deed among siblings settling their mother's estate. It granted six and a quarter acres to Ebenezer Jerrels for the cost of $40 paid to James Jerrels, Abijah Sherman and his wife Martha (Jerrels). The deed said the land "decended to us by heirship from our Mother Prudence Jerrels." Prudence Jerrels was Prudence Wakelee (Wakley/Wakely) who married James Jerrels in 1767.
