It isn't difficult to come up with current federal funds and other interest rates. In fact, many financial content sites have this information as a compliment to their main focus (search for these sites). However, sometimes you just want interest rates and that's what these sites offer.

Bank One - Business Cycle Outlook

Excellent! Inflation, interest rates, foreign exchange, trade balance, labor market, housing market, autos and trucks, regional roundup. Data and commentary/analysis.

FRB: Statistical Releases

Raw data from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual releases covering a wide variety of rate data sets. Includes historical data.

Interest and Exchange Rate Charts

From the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis/Woodrow. Current and historical rate information. Discount rates, short-term interest rates, federal funds rate, 3-month T-bill rates, trade weighted value of the dollar, and other interest-related rates.
