Each time you inhale visualize a bright white light just above your head. It’s bright like the sun but it doesn’t hurt your eyes. Its warm and healing and you can feel the white rays shining down on you.
From this white ball of light see a brilliant clear red come down from the ball and start at the top of your head. See the red color and then see it coming down the middle of your body, moving down your spine and then follow the red color down both legs and feet and then connect you to the earth. Stay relaxed and feel your connection to the earth. Be thankful for your feet, ankles, calves, and legs. They take us in the direction we need to go. They keep us balanced thru all life’s situations.
Gravity helps us feel grounded to the earth and to this mortal life. Now visualize yourself rooted to the earth, barefoot and standing in the soft grass. You gain strength and calmness from the earth itself. You have the right to be here, to take care of yourself and those for whom you are responsible. You feel strong, safe and secure. There is enough room to grow, enough food to feel satisfied, enough money and abundance to fulfill your dreams and desires. You feel at home and welcome, even in new places and new situations.
See yourself fulfilling your responsibilities and caring for others. You are strong enough to be a support to those who need it. Others trust you. You are generous with your wealth and prosperity. You don’t need to horde money or things because there is always enough to share.
Keep these thoughts in your mind, and when you feel life begin to sweep you off your feet or pull you off balance then you can remember this connection you have to earth and regain your sense of security.
