1. I can change my mind at any time about the price and who I sell without notice.
2.Will hold horse or horses with a down payment of 25%. This is a none refundable.
Not considered sold without a deposit. First come, first served.
3.All horses are sold as is.
4. All sales are final.
5. Buyer is responsible for shipping, coggins test, health certificate, brand inspection.
