TINY ACRES ALERO

Tiny Acres Alero (Aka Arrow) OBSTACLE HALL OF FAME

Sire: Tiny Acres Centennial

Dam: Tiny Acres Smokey (see her in my Rainbow Bridge)

Little Arrow is our mini horse ambassador. Every one who drives him, wants to have a horse just like him, because he is so solid and very responsive to commands. People compare him to driving a car with an automatic transmission. He has earned a Hall of Fame in obstacle which is for hand and driving obstacle. We have been to told by judges that he is a natural for it. We are very proud of him for doing this this is our first one. He also only need 19 points for a Roadster Hall of Fame. We also drive him in country pleasure classes but if they have a western pleasure we drive him in that which he does better in. He excels in Roadster, driving and in hand obstacle classes. He is always in the top 6 in most of his class. In 2004  Arrow was Grand Champion at AMHR Area 8 Regional Show in Hand Obstacle.  Arrow has earned 4 All Stars.

In 2004, one for Amateur Halter Obstacle(3rd place), one for Ladies Roaster(3rd place), and in

2006 he earned one for Amateur Roadster (1st place), and one in Driving obstacle(2nd place). We expect Arrow to continue to do well at the shows we show him in. Arrow is proving to be a great performance horse.

TINY ACRES KONA GOLD

Tiny Acres Kona Gold (AKA Kona)

Born 4/13/2002. He is 33 1/2" AMHA(A133554) and AMHR(225766A) registered.

Sire: Wild Bill Of Bar Bar E

Dam: Squires Montana Candy Kisses

From day one Kona would leave his mother to come and be with people. He didn't care if they were strangers or not. He would follow you anywhere you went. He was very easy to halter break. We have started to train Kona for obstacle class.  He is doing good in obstacle training.  He will back up stride for stride without a halter on with just voice commands. This is something I teach all of my geldings to do. This helps them when it comes time to train them to drive.

It makes training them a lot easier when they have had voice training.  Kona has done very well in driving. He has a high head carriage and he naturally bends at the poll and he is also on the bit . He has a natural motion in which he really picks up his feet when working off the haunch. With his natural gait he does very well in the show ring. Kona only needs 9 points and 4 Grand Champions for a Hall of Fame in Country Driving. I also

have been driving him in driving obstacle which he IS doing well. I also drive Kona in Roadster. He is turned out to be a horse that can do everything and do it well. I will be showing Kona in showmanship and jumping classes so I can qualify him for All-Round gelding which he is.

Kona got real sick with ulcers this year. We all most lost him. Even with having them he did do two shows. He did get 2 of the grands he needs to Hall of Fame in Country Pleasure driving. He only needs 2 more for his HOF. He already has all of the points he need for that. He also got points in showmanship and liberty. He earned the rest of his Championship for Roadster all he need is 32 points for HAF in roadster. He is such a fun horse to show he is always giving me his all. What ever he does in points is great to me considering how sick he was. We are hoping that he continues to improve. We hope to finish things he needs for his HOF.

                                                         MUGATU

Mugatu (AKA Jake)

Born 5-11-2006 He is AMHR (3270620T) registered He is 35 1/2"

Sire: A Stable Business Tattoo Buckeroo. who is a son of Ima Boones Little Buckeroo Too.

Dam: Ruff n Tuffs California Dreamin. She is a daughter of Thunders True Copy who is a National Champion. His dam has a lot of Westwind BTU Crown Prince Get R Dun  ancestors.

We got Jake because we wanted a B size horse. Jake's grandfather, Ima Boones Little Buckeroo Too, is the same as Dunner's and Mya's. Because Mya and Dunner are so easy to train, we thought this colt would have the same disposition because of his bloodlines. For this reason we acquired Jake. We are going to use him for performance and halter. We show him this summer and his first time showing he got 3 Reserve Champions. Jake is a people horse. I have started to train him for things he needs to know for halter obstacle. I have put a tarp on him and he didn't even bat an eye. He seems to have a  "I want to please" attitude which I think will make him easy to train. I think he has the mind to be able to do anything I ask him to do. I have started ground driving Jake this fall. He has such a sweet heart.  It didn't take him long to learn to ground drive. He is very responsive to the lines. He is real calm. I'm not sure what I will drive him in. With his floating trot, He should do real well in country pleasure. I will be putting him in the cart this spring then we will see when he is ready for the show ring.

Here is a picture of Jake driving. This was his first time in the harness. Notice how he is working on a loose line, but he still has a nice head set. He carries it this way naturally. He also has a nice lift of his front legs. I have been driving Jake this fall. He is doing great. I'm driving him in a roadster cart. I will be showing him in country pleasure driving in the next show season. I think Jake can also do obstacles. He doesn't seem to be afraid of anything. He is real easy to train.

TINY ACRES ECHO'S TRAVELER (AKA Traveler)

Date of Birth: 4-25-2007  Height 35 1/2"

AMHR #282643T

Sire: Marystown Golden Echo (See stallions)

Dam: JEM Lady Midge (See Mares)

Traveler is Countess's first foal. He is also double Buckeroo bred with Orion Light Vant Huttenest, Boones Little Prince. This colt is our tallest foal. He is very correct,  has a long neck, and a nice dished face. Traveler has a great body with real long legs and boy does he have a long floating trot. He has a great personality so he should do well in obstacle in hand, also driving. At his first show as a weanling. He was Grand Champion Gelding. This was at the Eastern Idaho State Fair. He placed over a lot of A and B older horses. He showed us that he has the disposition to be a great horse at shows because he was very calm and collected. Traveler has proven that he can be a show horse. He has went over 34" so he out grew his AMHA papers. I have started to ground drive Traveler. He is doing real well. He has a good head on his shoulders. He has excepted the bit and is trotting real nice. He will make a country pleasure driving horse.

                     CURRY'S LUCKY SEVEN

Currys Lucky Seven (AKA Lucky)

Date of Birth: 04-13-2008   Height 30"

Sire: Hopwood"s JJ Bridger (ASPC)

Dam: Curry's Ballerina (HOF in Halter)

We were so happy that Jim Curry would let us purchase this colt. He is 1/2 Shetland. We wanted a classy Shetland to replace Arrow when he retires in a couple of years. He will be A size horse I also like that he is a pinto. He is a 1/2 sister to Curry's BT Buttercup. He has a very nice head and neck. He should mature to be a very nice A Size horse which is just right for a great driving horse. I think this colt will be able to fill the bill. His mother is a National winner in halter and pleasure driving. I think he will do real well in driving also. He has lots of action. He also has the mind to do everything. Lucky is my little guy. I get him out every day to feed him his grain because the other gelding are bigger then he is. I have taught Lucky to get on a box. He seems to really want to please me. He will follow me all over. I showed him  at the Eastern Idaho State Fair and he won his class and got Reserve Champion A and B. I was real proud of him.

DAM: Westwind Vanilla Blaqlicorice

When I bought Rebel. Karen Wales and I decided that he need a travel companion so I also bought Cass. I gambling on him to be a real nice performance horse that is how he got his name. I think he has the look to be one. I really like the Charlie's get. They are so easy to train. Cass is a half brother to Rebel which makes him a nephew of Dunner. It seen that my future show string will be mainly pintos which is OK with me. He has the same pleasing disposition of Dunner and MYa. Better pictures coming in the spring.
