Our foundation mare is Tiny Acres Smokey
(Smoke). Smoke was the first mini that I trained. I had big horses before I got
some of my Mother's minis after she passed away. Smoke was easy to train,
considering I didn't know anything about training minis. She excelled in
jumping, obstacle in hand and driving, also country pleasure driving. She has
placed in the top 5 in every class that I showed her in. She was also
Grand Champion Mare at the Eastern
Idaho
State Fair. She was very gentle and so willing to do anything we ask of her. She
even was great in a costume. I dressed as an old farmer (See our Fun Stuff page to
see her in costume.) Smoke had been retired to the brood mare band for two
years. But she was able come back and win in driving, jumping, and driving and hand obstacle,
with no retraining or conditioning. In 2004 we lost Smoke to laminitis which we could not cure. She
suffered with it for 5 years She will forever live in our hearts and on our
web site.
Westwind BTU Crown
Prince Myadream (AKA Mya) AMHA#A171621 & AMHR#273234T 31" Birth date:
5/15/2006. She is also parent qualified. We acquired Mya from Karen Wales. I
would like to thank Karen for making my dream horse.
I have been trying to get a
foal by her stallion Boones Little BTU Crowned Prince for three year. I bought
Mya from Karen in 2006. Mya has a pedigree to die for. Her
Sire is triple bred Boones
little Buckeroo. Her grand sire is IMA Boones Little
Buckeroo Too. On the Dams side she is double bred Flying W Farms Little Blue
Boy. (Who was known for his Arabian style head), also Roan Ranger. We are
looking forward to see what she looks like in the spring. We would like to show
her. We almost lost her two weeks after we got her home. She got really sick and
almost died. I'm so thankful that the Lord let me keep her. I have her story on
another page.
Mission Creek Starbucks
Duchess (AKA Duchess) AMHA #115141 AMHR #232619A, 31 1/2" Birth date: 5/11/2000.
She is also parent qualified. We acquire Duchess from Karen Wales. We would like
to thank Karen for letting us acquire Duchess. Her father is Little Kings
Starbucks who is a Boones Little Buckeroo son.
Her mother is Whispering Firs Midnight Lace, who goes back to Dell Teras Midas
Touch and Chocolatico. We think that Duchess crosses well with Marystown Golden
Echo. She has produced foals of color with this cross..

bred to Marystown Golden Echo for a 2008. Her 2007 foal is

JEM Lady Midge (AKA Countess)
AMHA # 146742 AMHR # 238572A 31 1/2" Birth date: 06/18/2003. She is parent
qualified. We purchased Countess from Mary Ann Bartkewich from Canada. We would
like to thank Mary Ann for letting us acquire this filly. Her sire is Silver
Plate White Lightning, who's father is Boones Little Buckeroos Golden Toy, who
is a Buckeroo son. He also has Boones Little Midnight Special who is the last
foal of
Johnston Vanilla, who sold for $24,000 in 2003.
Her mother is JEM Independence Lady, who has Jandts Chief Good Thunder, Brewers
Orion Pride (Who was a top ten stallion.), Orions Light Vant Huttenest (Orion
become by far the leading sire of National and Reserve National Grand Champions
in AMHA history and his offspring is still winning today.), Boones Little Prince
(National Grand Champion), Parrs Little Man, and Double O Seven Moto (National
Grand Champion). With Countess having a pedigree like this she should cross well
with Marystown Golden Echo. Because she is a palomino we should get color from
her foals. She is open for 2008. Check on

Tibbs Shawna
Bay (AKA Shawna) AMHA # A129219, AMHR #215543A, 31 1/2". Birth
date:04/09/2001. We purchased Shawna
from Tibbs Family Miniature. She is also parent qualified. We would like to
thank Linda and Tim for allowing us to purchase this filly. Because we liked her
so well we went back and
purchased her father, Marystowns Golden Echo. We showed her only once
and she
won Reserve Grand Champion as a yearling. We had only had her for 2 weeks. She
is also a Mickey Mouse granddaughter. Making her go back to Gold Melody Boy
twice. She has started to be trained for obstacle courses. We decided to
return Shawna to the broodmare herd. Shawna' s sister
and brother Tibbs Bay Rumba and Tibbs Twist and Shout are multiple AMHR National
Top Ten Champions. Shawna is bred to Samis Quick Temper for a 2008 foal. We are
hoping for a buckskin filly. To

PLM Painted Lady (AKA
Lady) AMHA#A60216, AMHR#49601A, 32 1/2". Birth date:06/08/1994. Lady is a full sister to Princess. She
has been shown. Each time she was shown she placed high even with being in foal
and nursing another foal.
She
has an Arabian head and fine bones.
We started to teach her to drive. She was
very willing but because of foals, she was returned to the brood mare band. Here
she is with her foal of 2003. His name is Tiny Acres Idaho Lightning.
We use Lady and her foal for Baby Animal Day in which people come and get to pet her and her foal. Lady is such a sweet horse that she does not mind all of the attention. She gets at this time. We had one child come up and give Lady a hug around her back legs and she didn't mind at all. She just stood there being very still until the child let go. This is the kind of miniature we are breeding for.
Her grandfather Flying W Farms Little Crescendo was Reserve National Junior Champion. Lady had a beautiful palomino pinto horse colt this year. He is for sale. His name is Tiny Acres Echo's Laddie. We were going to sell him but he made such a great impression on us, that we decided to keep him. His name is Tiny Acres Just Wow. His name says it all. Prairielands
Painted Princess (AKA Princess) AMHA # 52265,AMHR
48744A, 31 3/4". Birth
Date:04/24/1993. We purchased
Princess because she has fine bones, and an Arabian head. She was born
with a birth defect like a hair lip in a human. This defect does not transfer
because it is a birth defect. She has had no foals with this defect. So we do
not hold that against her. Princess is a very pleasant mare to be around this is
why we are keeping her. Princess is showing that she can produce champion foals
that are doing well in the show ring. Princess's grandfather is Flying W Farms
Little Crescendo was Reserve National Junior Champion in 1982.
Princess's daughter PLM Lucky Miss owned by George and Janet Mahas has placed in the top ten AMHR All Stars. Her granddaughter M-Minis Super T's Starlyte Owned by George and Janet Mahas just Hall of Fame as a 2year old in halter. Princess lost her foal this year so we will be waiting to see what she has in 2008. This year Princess had a beautiful palomino pinto filly. mare herd. We have not saved a foal out Lady. We thought this is a real nice
filly. I also like her unusual color. She is a buckskin roan. We think she will
cross real well with Westwind BTU Crowned Prince Get R Dun. She has been bred to
Westwind BTU Crown Prince Get R Dun for a 2009 foal. Both of them have
Little Kings Buck Echo In their pedigrees. We think that we should get some real
nice foals with this cross, Besides she is Mya best friend. She has a very
